The Story Behind the PKZEE name
First, a little bit story about the name PKZEE for the company. PKZEE word is derived from the name of its creator and founder — Prem K. Mishra. PK are his first two initials. ZEE is the anglicized form of Ji — the South Asian honorific of deep respect, warmth, and regard for a person of distinction. PKZEE is therefore literally "the respectable PK". PKZEE thus is a name that carries both personal identity and cultural meaning.

Prem's Personal Story : Defining PKZEE Values & Business
I have spent two decades inside enterprise transformation. I know what it costs when it fails — and what it takes to make it succeed.
I started my career as a practitioner — inside the programs, not observing them from the outside. I have held senior transformation leadership roles across retail, financial services, healthcare, automotive, and manufacturing. I have seen transformations that were governed perfectly and still failed. I have seen programs in genuine crisis that were rescued — not by a new methodology, but by a person who took personal accountability for the outcome and refused to let the official version stand in place of the true one.
Over time I added the other half of what I now do. I trained as an executive coach — not as an add-on credential, but because I kept seeing the same pattern: organizations whose transformations were struggling had leaders whose blind spots were reflected in the program's failure modes. Addressing one without the other was never enough.
I hold the ICF Master Certified Coach credential — the highest level in professional coaching, held by fewer than 4,000 coaches in the world. Every engagement I take on combines both disciplines: transformation governance and personal coaching, delivered by the same person, across the same program.
I work with a maximum of two clients at any time. That is not a capacity constraint — it is a quality commitment. When you are my client, you have all of me.
